The Cuban Ambassador in Baku visits the Academy of Public Administration under the presidency of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Azerbaijan, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, visited the Academy of Public Administration under the Presidency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Cuban diplomat met with academic Urjan Alekberov, rector of the Public Administration Academy of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who provided detailed information on the history, structure and current activities of the Academy.
