The Cuba-Türkiye José Martí Friendship Association and the Cuban Embassy in Türkiye celebrated the 66th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution. They met with friends of solidarity together with Neighbors of Doğukent and Ayrancı Neighborhood to make an update on the damages caused by the blockade on Cuba. This unjust and discriminatory policy has caused and causes hardship to the Cuban people who struggle relentlessly for a better future for their children in the midst of great economic hardship.
The occasion served to condemn the blockade and demand the exclusion of Cuba from countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism. The president of the Jose Marti Solidarity Association, Nahide Ozkan and the Cuban Embassy Consero in Ankara, Oscar Redondo Ramos took part in the event.
