On January 1, 2026, the Cuban people will commemorate the 67th anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution, a foundational milestone that irreversibly transformed the nation's destiny and reaffirmed its sovereign will to build a social project grounded in justice, dignity, and independence.
This historic anniversary takes on even greater significance as it coincides with the centenary of the birth of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, whose work and thought continue to serve as a guiding light and a source of inspiration for present and future generations. Fidel embodied, with strategic vision and profound humanism, the noblest ideals of the Revolution: the unwavering defense of national sovereignty, solidarity, internationalism, equality, and social justice.
Sixty-seven years after that victorious January, Cuba reaffirms its commitment to the principles and values that underpin its political and social system, forged through popular participation, unity, solidarity, and the conviction that human beings must remain at the center of all transformative endeavors. In the face of complex and evolving challenges, the Revolution renews itself through continuity, faithful to its roots and open to paths of improvement.
