7th Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting of Cubans Living Abroad, support from Saint Lucia.

Rodney Bay, June 14, 2025—A Cuban resident in Saint Lucia participated virtually in the 7th Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting of Cubans Living Abroad, inaugurated on June 14, 2025, in the Dominican Republic.

The Embassy staff also participated in the inauguration and subsequently shared the emotional and important topics discussed, as well as the program of this important event.

Cubans living in Latin American and Caribbean countries reaffirmed their love for Cuba and their willingness to support the Cuban people during such complex times, largely due to the strict economic blockade imposed on our island for more than six decades.
