On December 24, 2025, a presentation was held at the Ankara University Latin American Studies Research and Application Center by Professor Belkis Yaisy, an academic from the University of Havana and a member of the Administrative Council of the Chair of History and Culture of Türkiye, focusing on her doctoral research on university cultural heritage.
During the event, Professor Yaisy presented the methodology used in her research and shared the main findings achieved to date, fostering an academic exchange on the preservation and study of cultural heritage within the university context.
The activity contributed to strengthening academic dialogue and cooperation between institutions, in line with the initiatives promoted by the Embassy of Cuba in Türkiye to encourage academic exchange and cultural cooperation.
