Oslo, May 18, 2022. As part of the program of activities organized for the Diplomatic Corps to mark the celebration of the Norwegian National Day on May 17, the ambassador, Maité Rivero Torres, attended a meeting with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Anniken Huitfeldt, and of International Development and Nordic Cooperation, Anne Beathe Tvinnereim.
In the meeting, Minister Huitfeldt made a speech in which she addressed the main lines of Norwegian foreign policy in the current international context.
Minister Tvinnereim, for her part, referred to Norway's priorities in terms of international cooperation and official development assistance. She also elaborated on the attention that the country gives to collaboration in the Nordic region.
The Ambassador had the opportunity to greet and exchange briefly with both Ministers, to whom she conveyed cordial congratulations and good wishes on the occasion of the Norwegian National Day. (Embassy of Cuba in Norway)
