Oslo, February 24, 2023. The Cuban ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway, Maité Rivero Torres, visited once again the headquarters of the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). There she was received by Nina Mjøberg, head of the Solidarity Section of the International Department, with whom she had a cordial meeting.
Both reviewed the current state of the relations of friendship and cooperation existing between LO and the Central Workers’ Union of Cuba (CTC). They also recalled the important exchanges that have taken place in the last period. It was also a propitious occasion to discuss the main lines of action for the future.
Before leaving the place, the Cuban diplomat had the opportunity to greet and talk briefly with Liv Tørres, LO's international secretary. (Embassy of Cuba in Norway)
