Ambassador of Cuba in Lao PDR signed a condolence book

Vientiane  April 5,  2025. The Ambassador of Cuba to the Lao People's  Democratic Republic, Enna Viant Valdes  has participated in the signing ceremony  of the condolence book on occasion of the passing away  of the outstanding  comrade  Khamtay Siphandone,  former Party and State lao leader  who made an important contribution to the bilateral relations.

The dear leader visited  Cuba in 1997,  and was decorated with the Order  Jose Marti, by the historial leadre, Commader in Chief  Fidel Castro Ruz and  He has also exchanged with  the Army Corp Raul Castro Ruz during his visit to Lao PDR in 2005.
