Vientiane, January 2021. The Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant held a friendly meeting with Comrade Bounleua Phandanouvong, member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and Head of the Foreign Relations Commission.
The diplomat have conveyed messages from the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the PCC, Comrade Miguel Díaz-Canel, to the General Secretary, Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith, regarding his re-election and the succesful results of the 12th Party Congress. Moreover She has also conveyed her congratulations on his election as a new member of the Central Committee of the political organization, and have exchanged views on the state of bilateral relations, prospects, and the current international situation.
