Both parties exchanged on the existing potentialities to exchange experiences on issues of the environment, planning, protection of parks and botanical gardens.
A special moment was the exchange on the progress of both countries in the defense of the rights of Women and children. The Minister of State referred to the White Paper on Singapore Women's Development that outlines the Government's plans to improve the lives of women here, while the Cuban diplomat transferred the main elements of the National Program for the Advancement of Women (PAM), which summarizes the feeling and political will of the Cuban State and constitutes the cornerstone in the development of policies in favor of women. while giving continuity to the advancement and development of gender equality in the country, while institutionalizing this right.
