Sunita Daniel, Executive Director of the Trade Exports Promotion Agency (TEPA, its initials in English) received the Cuban Ambassador Alejandro Simancas at the office of this institution. During the Meeting, in which the Manager for Marketing and Promotion, Hyde Constantine-Felix also participated, they discussed about the development of trade and commercial relations between the two countries, which although its figures have grown and increased, still does not reflect the potential and the existing opportunities. They agreed on the importance of facilitating the best possible communication between businesses and enterprises from both countries and the knowledge of their markets; highlighting the sending of a Business Management Delegation to the next edition of the EXPOCARIBE Trade Fair and to the business forum of the Association of Caribbean States; events which will be held in the city of Santiago de Cuba during the month of June.
