Another young Indonesian is privileged with a scholarship to study medicine in Cuba

Indonesia, August 24, 2016. The Cuban Embassy gave the farewell to Naopal, an Indonesian young who received the scholarship from the caribbean island to study medicine for free, as part of the program of cooperation with the Asian country. The meeting held at the headquarters of the Diplomatic Mission of Cuba was attended as well by the parents of the student and other friends of the Embassy.

Naopal who will start the school year 2016-2017 this September in Cuban classrooms, is the seventh young Indonesian who has being given that opportunity in the past five years. His other six compatriots have completed the first years of the career and some of them are close to graduation as doctors.
