On February 12th., Ambassador Mario Alzugaray took part in Aotearoa Bike Challenge at the coolest small capital city in the world, invited by the Wellington City Council.
Aotearoa Bike Challenge is a fun, free competition between local organisations to see which can get the most staff to try riding a bike. It´s been implemented to raise awareness on the importance of environment protection and promoting a healthier life by riding your bike.
The event was sponsored by The Breeze Radio Station and attended by Wellington Mayor Justin Lester as well as Minister for Women and Associated Minister for Transport and Health, Julie Anne Genter.
