Back in Ghana Cuban Health Workers

After enjoying a vacation in Cuba, the members of the Cuban Medical Brigade (BMC, according to the Spanish acronym) arrived in Ghana. They were received by Ambassador Pedro Luis Despaigne González, in the new International Flight Terminal of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) of Accra.

This current BMC is working in Ghana since October 2016, and its members serve in five out of ten regions of the country (Northern, Upper East, Volta, Eastern and Greater Accra).

The reception was also attended by Dr. Hafez Adam Taher, Coordinator in the Ministry of Health of Ghana of the cooperation with Cuba, and a representation of the collective of the Embassy.
