Barbadian NSC dismisses Cuban sports coach Ángel Manuel Marín.

In a simple but sincere act was dismissed at the headquarters of the National Sports Council (NSC) Lawn Hockey technician, Angel Manuel Marin, accompanied by a large group of Barbadian coaches and teachers who said to him goodbye after almost five years of arduous teaching and advisory work in this country. The Executive Director of the CND, Mr. Jerry Blenman, and his Assistant, Mrs. Mona Alleyne, emphasized the professional and human quality of comrade Marín, who left a trail of affection and admiration in the dozens of primary and secondary schools where he worked, as well as in that sport´s Federation. In welcoming the gesture of the Barbadian government, the Cuban Ambassador, Francisco Fernández, emphasized the solidarity of Cuban cooperation in sports, which, along with other areas, is the core of Cuba's relations with Barbados as well as with the rest of the sister nations of the Caribbean.
