Harare, 19.04.23. Zimbabwean press publishes the visit of the Chargé d' Affaires a.i of Cuba in Harare, Yoisy Ford García, to the Bindura University of Educational Sciences. The Vice Chancellor a.i, Professor C. Denhere, welcomed the visitors. He highlighted the Cuban educational system and its achievements in the international arena. This was the first activity organized by the Embassy to commemorate the 43rd anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between both nations. In this institution there are 5 Cuban teachers contributing to the training of Zimbabwean professionals. Also present were Dr. Lazarus Dokora, former Minister of Education and graduate in Cuba, Ambassador Mudzimba and the vice president of the Zimbabwe-Cuba Friendship Association (ZICUFA), Debra Gwati.
