Cambodia and Cuba have spoken with satisfaction the remarkable development in the relationship and cooperation in both the bilateral and multilateral frameworks and discussed the possibility for its further enhancement.
The discussion took place here this morning between H E. CHUM Sounry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia and H.E. Ms. Liurka Rodríguez Barrios, Ambassador of Cuba to Cambodia.
H.E. Secretary of State and H.E. Ambassador underscored the commitment made by H.E. Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, President of the Republic of Cuba and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia during a phone discussion on Sept. 8, 2023 to further strengthening the bilateral ties between the two countries.
The discussion also touched on the holding of the 3rd Bilateral Consultations between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
