Members of the Cuban Solidarity Movement in Cambodia, Cubans residents and diplomats reaffirmed Cambodia’s support for Cuba’s demand for the end of the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed by the United States.
At the highest natural elevation of the city of Phnom Penh, Wat Non, flags of Cambodia and Cuba were raised to support the global demand for the cessation of the unjust blockade of the United States against the Island, and the exclusion from the list of sponsors of the terrorism.
The vice president of the Association of Cambodian Graduates in Cuba, Bun Therun, expressed support a few hours before the United Nations General Assembly examines the draft Resolution “Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba.”
