Cambodian businesswomen will explore opportunities with Cuba

The ambassador of Cuba, Liurka Rodríguez Barrios participated in the first Exhibition of Business Women of Cambodia. The event was chaired by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, Cham Nimul, who expressed that the distance that separates both countries does not prevent a rapprochement.

The directive also recalled the active bilateral agenda between Havana and the kingdom in 2022 and the potential to expand cooperation in various areas.

The Cuban diplomat also spoke with a group of businesswomen who showed interest in the island's portfolio of opportunities and businesses, in order to expand ties in the sector. She also toured the exhibition area where she was able to appreciate the ingenuity and creativity of Cambodian women.
