CDR Anniversary is celebrated in Saint Lucia

The new anniversary of the Committee for the Defense of the Revolution was celebrated in Saint Lucia by members of the Cuban State Mission in this country. Collaborators from the different spheres of service in this sister nation, together with Ambassador Alejandro Simancas, met to honor that date and to highlight the work of this institution throughout the 60 years of the Cuban revolution. The activity featured the traditional stew prepared by Cuban Collaborators. At the beginning of the meeting they heard the speech of Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly and reaffirmed their support for his words rejecting the new actions of the United States to strengthen the embargo against Cuba.
