Indonesia's total trade with the Latin American and Caribbean region is currently only 0.4 percent, `so it is considered that there are still great opportunities for Indonesia to encourage more exports of products and services to the countries of the region.
Indonesia's main exports to Latin America and the Caribbean continue to be in the hands of palm oil, the automotive industry, coconut products, rubber, footwear, textiles, fertilizers, electronics, paper and soap.
