Collaboration between Greece and Cuba

Athens, November 4. Mr. Anastasios Marinos, Deputy Mayor in charge of Tourism, on the Greek island of Zakynthos in the Ionian Sea, held a working meeting at the Cuban Embassy in Greece with Ambassador Zelmys Maria Dominguez Cortina.
Several aspects of possible collaboration on commercial cultural and economic issues were discussed. In addition, the Ambassador explained the unfair US economic, commercial and financial blockade against Cuba. She also referred to public health in Cuba and the confrontation with the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the internationalist and supportive work of Cuban doctors, among other aspects.
It was a friendly encounter and once again showed the friendship and solidarity between Cuba and Greece.
