The commemoration day of the 8th anniversary of the physical disappearance of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro concluded in Türkiye.

The Cuba-Türkiye José Martí Friendship Association (JMKDD), the Communist Party and the Communist Youth of Türkiye, together with the Cuban Embassy in Türkiye organized the meeting “To be Fidel in the XXI century! to return to the figure of Commander Fidel, to his life, thought and action.
The meetings held in the cities of Ankara and Istanbul culminated the day in which young Turks discussed the legacy of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution together with the groups of the Cuban Embassy in Ankara and the Consulate General of Cuba in Istanbul.
