Athens, November 25. The general secretary of the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE) Nikos Abatielos, intervened in the online event "Ideas that are flags", organized by the Communist Youth of Cuba, in the Europe session.
In his words, the Greek youth leader reaffirmed the solidarity of the KNE with Cuba, the fond memory of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and his legacy. He also condemned the criminal economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against Cuba. He highlighted the internationalist and supportive work of Cuban doctors and commented on the support of the KNE and the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) for the request that the Nobel Peace Prize be awarded to the internationalist Cuban medical contingent Henry Reeve. He also emphasized the many activities they have carried out throughout the year in support of Cuba and its socialist revolution, which they consider an example for the world.
