The Consul General of the Republic of Cuba in Istanbul, Raúl E. Madrigal Cárdenas and the Deputy Governor of the city Hasan Gözen held a working meeting focused on mutual cooperation in support of the Cuban community residing in Istanbul, among other issues of bilateral interest.
