The Counselor of the Cuban Embassy in Türkiye, Oscar Redondo Ramos held a working meeting with Mustafa Efe, Head of the IR Department of the Council of Higher Education of Türkiye.
The meeting took place in a fraternal atmosphere during which they reviewed the state of bilateral relations and the possibilities of continuing to work for the exchange between the two countries in the field of higher education.
