Courtesy visit by His Excellency Mr Andrei Ordash, the new Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ghana.

Accra, July 6, 2026.The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Ghana, Julio E. Pujol Torres, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Andrei Ordash, the new Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ghana, who presented his Letters of Credence to President H.E. John Dramani Mahama last June 15th, 2026.
During the cordial and friendly meeting, they discussed the fraternal relations of cooperation and friendship between the two nations. The Cuban ambassador expressed his gratitude for the Russian government’s repeated expressions of solidarity in light of the current circumstances facing our country due to the unprecedented intensification of the U.S. blockade and hostility toward Cuba.
