CUBA AND CAYMAN ISLANDS WILL HOLD SEVENTH ROUND OF MIGRATION TALKS

George Town, 6 December 2022. The VII Round of Talks on Migration Issues between the Republic of Cuba and the Cayman Islands will take place in George Town on 6 and 7 December.

The Caymanian delegation will be headed by Gloria McField-Nixon, Acting Deputy Governor; while the Cuban side will be headed by Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Director General of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Residing Abroad of MINREX.

Both parties will evaluate the state of the flow of travellers, with the aim of coordinating joint actions that contribute to guaranteeing a regular, orderly and safe migratory flow.
