Dubai, Tuesday March 7. The diplomatic representation of Cuba in the United Arab Emirates attended the International Academic City of Dubai to pay a courtesy visit to the nation's Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmad Belhoul. In a fruitful exchange, the Ambassador of Cuba, Norberto Carlos Escalona Carrillo confirmed with satisfaction that the Emirati head has references to the high quality of Cuban education and offered to advance in the implementation of the Action Plan agreed between the parties, within the framework of the attendance of the UAE at the last University Congress 2022 in Havana.
The representative of Cuba renewed the invitation for the 2024 event on the Caribbean island. The UAE Minister of Education thanked the visit and recognized the value of Higher Education in connection with society to find more effective and innovative solutions to the problems of each country and thus guarantee inclusive and quality education, which is inherent to Cuba's development strategy.
