Cuban delegation successfully completes participation in the Leadership Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean in the UAE
Convened by the Government Experience Exchange Office, the Latin America & the Caribbean Regional Leadership Program took place in Dubai from 14 to 18 July.
The Program brought together government representatives, public policy experts and entrepreneurs from several countries in the region, including Cuba, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities and fostering strategic alliances between Latin America and the Caribbean and the United Arab Emirates.

In compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Governments of Cuba and the United Arab Emirates, signed in 2024 by the Prime Ministers of both countries, a Cuban delegation is participating in the Regional Program for Latin America and the Caribbean: "An Immersive Visit to the Best Practices of the United Arab Emirates," sponsored by the Office of Government Experience Exchange of the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs Condemns Breach of Its Official YouTube Channel
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba reports that malicious actors have recently compromised its official YouTube channel. This incident is a clear act of cybercrime and is part of a broader pattern of digital harassment that Cuban institutions have consistently denounced.
The Ministry strongly condemns this cyberattack and asserts that any content posted during the time the channel was compromised does not reflect the views of the Cuban Government, this Ministry, or any other Cuban institution.
