Statement by the International Relations Committee of the National Assembly of People's Power

The members of the International Relations Committee of the National Assembly of People's Power of the Republic of Cuba express our strongest condemnation of the military aggression by the United States government against the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

We urgently call on parliamentarians around the world to demand an end to this criminal attack, which violates international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and all norms of civilization.

Statement by the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples

The Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples condemns the criminal military aggression against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela unleashed by the United States government in recent hours. Latin America and the Caribbean are and must remain a zone of peace.

Under false pretenses and through the shameless and continuous use of lies, the United States government is militarily attacking Venezuela to take control of its oil resources.

José Daniel Ferrer García departs from Cuba at the request of the government of the United States

The Cuban citizen José Daniel Ferrer García, accompanied by several members of his family, who are also Cuban citizens, has departed from the national territory of Cuba this October 13, 2025.

His departure from Cuba for the United States takes place in response to a formal request by the government of that country and the express consent of Ferrer García and in compliance with all law enforcement formalities established between both countries.
