The delegation of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ghana that participated in the activities of the 7th International Convention of Physical Activity and Sport (AFIDE 2017) in Havana, was received back to the country by the Cuban Ambassador, Pedro L. Despaigne González.
The Minister and Member of the Parliament of Ghana, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, who headed the delegation, expressed his satisfaction for the reception received on the island, highlighting the fruitful meetings held with the President of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER, by its acronym in Spanish), Dr. Antonio E. Becalli. At the same time, he indicated that the legal process that would allow the return of sports cooperation with Cuba would begin in the short term.
