Cuba and Pakistan sign Agreement on the exemption from visa requirement for the holders of diplomatic, official and service passports

Islamabad, October 30, 2019. In the presence of the vice president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda, on an official visit in Pakistan, and Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the federal secretary of the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mayor ® Azam Suleman Khan, and the ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Gabriel Tiel Capote, signed today at the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan, the “Agreement on the exemption from visa requirement for the holders of diplomatic, official and service passports, between the Government of the Republic of Cuba and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan”. This important Agreement will contribute to facilitate and promote travel among its citizens who hold such passports, and to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between Cuba and Pakistan, in the interest of both countries.
