Kigali. On the afternoon of April 26, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Rwanda, the Bilateral Air Services Agreement between Cuba and that African nation was signed.
After several years of work by the technical authorities of both nations, the legal instrument was signed by Dr. Ernest NSABIMANA, Rwandan Minister of Infrastructure, and Tania Perez Xiques, Ambassador of Cuba.
The Rwandan Minister called the event "opening our respective doors to each other."
For her part, the Cuban diplomat pointed out that this is a new starting point in the bilateral relations of both countries, which will allow the creation of conditions to strengthen the exchange between both nations.
