Cuba and Singapore strengthen their friendship through culture and theater

Culture and Theater as bridges of knowledge and people-to-people exchange were reinforced during the recent visit of the Cuban Ambassador to Singapore, Lisbet Quesada Luna, to the Intercultural Theater Institute (ITI), a renowned independent theater school for contemporary artists, conceived as a unique and unprecedented initiative in theater training and social and cultural awareness.

 

The meeting with Institute´s leaders, led by its Executive Director, Justin Deimen, confirmed the broad cultural affinities between both countries and the significant potential for strengthening our cultural exchange.

 

An excellent visit, which undoubtedly opens new ways for deepening the friendship and exchange between our two peoples.
