Cuba and Türkiye Strengthen Their Bonds of Solidarity

On the occasion of the 24th International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties, held on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, held a meeting with Kemal Okuyan, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Türkiye.

The meeting reaffirmed the historic bonds of friendship and solidarity between Cuba and Türkiye, as well as the commitment to strengthening unity and cooperation among communist and workers’ parties.

As we approach the centenary of Fidel’s birth, his thought and legacy continue to inspire the struggles for sovereignty, social justice, and solidarity among peoples.
