Copenhagen, March 22, 2023. Cuba participates in the Copenhagen Ministerial Conference on Climate, which took place on March 20 and 21 in this city.
The Cuban delegation was made up of Ambassador María del Carmen Herrera Caseiro, Deputy Director General of the Directorate of Multilateral Affairs and International Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, in her capacity as representative of the G77+China Group, and the Ambassador of Cuba in the Kingdom of Denmark, Roger López García.
The Copenhagen Ministerial Conference on Climate brought together ministers from a group of countries, to accelerate the implementation of the Convention and the Paris Agreement, with the aim of advancing the commitments and promises made in previous climate conferences, including the most recent one. of Sharm El Sheikh.
