With the special motivation of commemorating the 25th anniversary of the concept of Revolution expressed by Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, the island's streets were filled with life and color from early on, with stands adorned with posters, banners, and slogans that reflected the unwavering commitment of a people fighting to preserve the achievements of the Revolution and revive the national economy through collective collaboration.
This celebration, which also united the Cuban family, expressed the will of a country to not give up despite the complex circumstances that oppose it and the external obstacles that attempt to stifle its economy.
From one end of the country to the other, the parades were not only a spectacle of unity and determination, but also a space for international solidarity. Friends from around the world joined the Cuban working class, raising their voices in demand for justice in the face of the economic blockade affecting the largest of the Antilles.
This May Day, Cuba shone with the strength of those who love, build, and refuse to give up in the face of adversity.
