Cuba Expresses Condolences to Cambodia over Flooding

Cuban Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz,  has sent a letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, expressing condolences for the loss of human lives and material damages caused by the floods. 

“On behalf of the Cuban People and Government, I would like to convey my deepest condolences for the loss of human lives and material damages caused by the floods that have affected your country, which I would like to extend to the families of the victims,” according to the letter dated 28 October 2020.
