Cuba participates in the United Nations Forum on Financing for Development.

New York, April 22, 2024.- Cuba participates in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Forum on Financing for Development that begins today at the United Nations headquarters in this city, and will last until next Friday, April 26th.

The ECOSOC Forum on Financing for Development follow-up (FfD Forum) is an intergovernmental process with universal participation mandated to review the Addis Agenda and other financing for development outcomes and the means of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The event brings together heads of State and Government, ministers and high-level government officials as well as senior officials of international organizations.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, heads the Cuban delegation, which is also composed by representatives from the Permanent Mission of Cuba to the United Nations.
