CUBA PRESENT IN THE XV SPECIAL OLYMPICS WORLD GAMES

The Cuban delegation to the XV Summer Special Olympics World Games is already in the United Arab Emirates and actively participates in the Host City Program that is offered to all delegations before starting the competitions to enjoy hospitality, the customs and traditions of the country through artistic, cultural and community events.

Of the seven emirates in which the participating sports delegations have been distributed, the Cuban delegation was welcomed by the emirate of Dubai where it has helped to shape a memorable experience and the development of a public awareness of intellectual disabilities.
