Cuba represented in activity for the 30th anniversary of the 4F rebellion in Venezuela

Oslo, February 4th, 2022. It was an honor for the second secretary, Mr. Daffne Mirabal García, to participate in the commemorative activity organized by the Embassy of Venezuela for the 30th anniversary of the rebellion of February 4 (4F) of 1992, led by Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, which opened a stage of profound changes in the history of that sister nation.
