Cuba and its neighbourhoods are celebrating: one of the country's expressions of physical culture, and also one of the most popular, now turned into sport, has just been crowned world youth champion.
In Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, Amanda, Ydith, Claudia, Haila, Josué, Alexander, Yoel David and captain Jadier René, gave our four corners the crown of the orb. The Cuban ambassador in Türkiye received the Cuban champions after winning the World Youth Baseball5 Ankara 2023, and in an emotional ceremony the notes of the National Anthem were sung and the Cuban Culture Day was remembered.
