Accra, August 1, 2025. – The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Julio E. Pujol Torres, together with members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the country, took part in the ceremony for the delivery of a donation, consisting of two 40-foot containers of Ghanaian chocolate to the people of Palestine, who are suffering from the brutal genocide perpetrated by the Government of Israel.
The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Ghana, H.E. Abdalfatah Ahmed Khalil Alsatari, received the donation from the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama. The occasion provided an opportunity for the Cuban diplomat to reaffirm to his Palestinian counterpart the unwavering support of the Republic of Cuba for that just cause.
