Cuban Ambassador-designate to Ghana signs book of condolences at Namibian Embassy

Accra, 12/02/2025. - Ambassador-designate of Cuba to Ghana, H.E. Mr. Julio Enrique Pujol Torres, visited the headquarters of the Embassy of Namibia in Ghana to sign the Book of Condolences opened on the occasion of the death of the Founding Father and First President of the Republic, H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma.

The Ambassador was received by his counterpart, H.E. Mrs. Selma Ashipala-Musaviy, High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia in Ghana, who is also a great friend of Cuba. The Cuban diplomat conveyed the feelings of the Cuban people and government, highlighting the friendship between the leaders of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro and Raul Castro with the beloved Sam Nujoma.

The ambassador Ashipala-Musaviy requested the presence of Cuba as a guest speaker at the event to be organized for his funeral honors.
