November 24, 2021 - Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao Garcia, holds a courtesy meeting by virtual modality with her counterpart of the People's Republic of China, comrade Lu Kun.
This was one of the meetings held by the Cuban official after her arrival in the African country which, among other interests, seeks rapprochement with the members of the Chinese Embassy in Accra due to the ties of friendship between both nations, Cuba and China.
The Asian ambassador welcomed the Cuban ambassador to Ghana and expressed his willingness to collaborate if necessary, and even to initiate joint projects. The Cuban ambassador updated her counterpart about the current situation of the island, elaborating more on the difficult situation of her country due to the effects of the blockade imposed by the United States of America on Cuba for more than 60 years.
