Cuban Ambassador holds meeting with the Director of the Americas Bureau at the Ghanaian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration

The Ambassador of Cuba to Ghana, Pedro Luis Despaigne González, was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana by the Director of the Americas Bureau, Mr. Maxwell Nyarko Lartey.

The meeting was conducive to analyzing and updating various issues on the bilateral agenda, which affect the good state of relations between the two countries.

The Ghanaian official thanked the visit received, which led to the first meeting between the two officials, after his recent appointment to the post. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continue strengthening the bilateral ties fostered by the various existing cooperation sectors, with Health and Education as pivots.
