Cuban Ambassador holds meeting with his Rwandan counterpart

At 10 o'clock in the morning today, Cuban Ambassador Antonio L. Pubillones held a cordial and fruitful meeting with his Rwandan counterpart Frank Mugambage. Both sides examined the current state of bilateral relations and the perspectives of collaboration between both countries, among other topics of interest.
