St. George, March, 18, 2022. Cuban Ambassador, Luis E. Morejón Rodríguez, meet with the Council of Union of Grenada to promote the International Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba next May 1st.
We call for the International Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba, chaired by the motto "United, those who love and found", as a worthy tribute to our National Hero José Martí on the 170th anniversary of his birth, the 64th anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution and the eternal legacy of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, paradigm of international solidarity, he said.
The meeting will take place from April 30 to May 2nd, and our friends will have the opportunity to express their solidarity against of the intensification of the economic, commercial and financial blockade that the US government has exercised against Cuba for more than 60 years.
