Cuban Ambassador meets the acting Director of the Americas Bureau at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ghana

The Ambassador of Cuba, Mr. Pedro L. Despaigne González was received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana by Mr. Aikins Abroakwa, acting Director of the Americas Bureau.

The meeting was used to analyze the state of the bilateral relations, the current and prospective cooperation sectors, and the actions that both sides intend to carry out in 2018 to promote the strengthening of the bonds between both countries and governments.

The Cuban Ambassador submitted a copy of the letter of thanks sent by the Cuban Foreign Minister, Mr. Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla to his Ghanaian counterpart, Mrs. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, for his message of condolences following the passage of Hurricane Irma through Cuban territory.
